Avocado

The avocado oil is rich in vitamins A, C, E, K, folic acid, ribofalvin and vitamins from B6 group. It has an antioxidant effect, eliminates free radicals and slows down skin aging.  It contains also unsaturated fatty acids what makes skin beautiful and elastic.
